About the role
- Conduct user research, using both qualitative and quantitative techniques
- Analyze and synthesize data to generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
- Document and share research findings to internal clients and leadership in engaging presentation-format
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- 4 years - Working in the field of digital experience design, UX research or usability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
