- Design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and/or procedures
- Identifying business process improvement projects for internal business groups
- Conducting cost/benefit evaluations on various external and internal resources
- Analyzing business requirements and production specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3 years of Technical or operational experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Experience with SQL queries
- Strong data-mining abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Database reporting skills utilizing Access and Cognos
