About the role
- Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
- Manage and optimize Docker-based environments across Development, Release, and Production
- Maintain and evolve infrastructure hosted on BPC (VMware-based private cloud)
- Monitor systems using ELK Stack and Prometheus/Grafana
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment
- Support and enforce development standards: Linters, Formatters, Unit Tests, Cypress Tests
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration (Ansible, Terraform – nice to have)
- Ensure secure and reliable deployment of Docker images to Quay.io
- Report to Director of Development, Integrations and Automation
Requirements
- Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD
- Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration
- Solid knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) server environments
- Experience with monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Understanding of networking concepts and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with Ansible and Terraform (nice to have)
- Familiarity with VMware vSphere (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Python, React, and Cypress (nice to have)
- Experience working in Agile environments (nice to have)
