About the role
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders

Requirements
- Certificate in Human Resources Management, CHRP an asset
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist capacity: within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior leaders through strong business acumen and people insight.
- Experience supporting hybrid or distributed workforces.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic and tactical work.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel periodically to engage with regional Sales teams and leaders.
