About the role

  • Coordinate and project manage demand generation and lead generation campaigns, from planning through execution and post-campaign follow-up
  • Manage federal and alliance marketing requests, including campaign and event support
  • Assist with OEM and partner-funded marketing programs, including budget tracking and alignment with partner guidelines and requirements
  • Plan and execute events such as trade shows, partner events, customer meetings, seminars, and internal events
  • Handle event logistics including venues, catering, materials, shipping, and onsite coordination
  • Track campaign and event budgets, manage expenses, and support reporting and reimbursement processes
  • Support email marketing campaigns, lead follow-up workflows, and basic performance reporting (registrations, leads, engagement, etc.)
  • Maintain organized project plans, timelines, and documentation across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and alliance teams on marketing planning and execution to support business priorities
  • Represent BlueAlly professionally at partner and customer-facing events, including those requiring travel

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute across multiple aspects of the business
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting demand generation and lead generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with OEM or partner marketing programs, budgets, and compliance guidelines preferred
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across marketing, sales, and partner teams
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on broader campaign and business goals
  • Budget tracking and expense management experience or aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to work with marketing data and basic reporting
  • Experience with marketing tools, CRM systems, or graphic design tools is a plus, but not required.
