About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full-funnel media strategy across paid search, social, display, CTV, podcasts, affiliate, and out-of-home
- Decide how to allocate marketing budget across channels to grow topline revenue while maintaining customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency
- Own the agency relationship end to end: provide business context, set strategic direction, manage all agency communication
- Analyze the performance of all paid media channels against revenue targets
- Independently manage higher-funnel, brand-awareness channels such as podcasts, affiliate, and out-of-home
- Partner with internal teams to ensure agencies have the content and context they need
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8+ years in DTC or e-commerce performance marketing
- A track record of business-level strategy, not just channel strategy
- Experience managing media budgets at a director level and directing agency partners
- Proven success scaling paid media across TikTok, Meta, and Google
- Fluency in performance data and attribution, with hands-on experience in a tool such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Strong analytical mindset
- Deep understanding of the DTC customer journey
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
