About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading Blueair’s global supply chain operations, including demand planning, supply planning, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, inventory management, and sales & operations planning (S&OP)
Own the strategy and execution required to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time across our DTC, Amazon, and omnichannel retail markets worldwide
Co-lead the global S&OP process with our CFO and establish clear planning strategies
Continuously improve our demand planning capabilities to provide accurate, data-driven forecasts across channels and geographies
Partner closely with commercial, finance, and procurement teams to align operational planning with business objectives
Own global inventory positioning across all channels, fulfillment centers, and markets
Lead global logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment operations
Build and manage strategic relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse partners
Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, service improvement, and cost optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field required; MBA preferred
10-15+ years of supply chain experience, including demand planning, supply planning, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment operations
5+ years in a senior leadership role with ownership of global supply chain functions
Deep expertise in forecasting methodologies, S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and multi-channel supply chain operations
Proven experience supporting DTC, Amazon, Costco, Target, and omnichannel retail environments
Extensive experience managing global logistics networks, including inbound freight, customs, 3PL partnerships, and warehouse operations
4+ years managing and developing direct reports and operational teams, preferably international
Experience with NetSuite and forecasting tools preferred.
