About the role

  • Own and manage a set of strategic target accounts within the ANZ region, with a focus on developing qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Execute account-based outreach strategies leveraging cold calls, LinkedIn, email, social selling, and digital campaigns.
  • Craft provocative, value-driven messaging to engage C-level and VP-level executives, challenging their current ways of working and positioning Blue Yonder as a trusted advisor.
  • Research and analyze account-specific priorities, industry trends, and investment areas to tailor engagement.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Consulting teams to develop personalized account strategies.
  • Capture and qualify critical details and transition opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive.
  • Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce.com) and modern prospecting platforms (SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, 6Sense etc.) to drive efficiency and scale outreach.
  • Actively contribute to innovation in demand generation techniques and best practices across the BDR team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or SDR roles in enterprise SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline generation targets in B2B sales environments.
  • Experience selling or prospecting into Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics industries.
  • Skilled in building relationships with senior stakeholders and holding value-based business conversations.
  • Proficient with CRM and sales engagement tools; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Curious, resilient, and coachable with a growth mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
