About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as technical owner and contribute to key meetings with project managers, solution architects, customer contacts, users, and executive sponsors
  • Ensure knowledge transfer with the key customer project team
  • Communicate customer-specific business cases and product functionality or enhancement needs to Product Management and Product Development
  • Liaise with Product Management and Product Development regarding releases and new functionality
  • Work with Support Services to stabilize customers after go-live and support value realization
  • Conduct functional analysis sessions to understand client needs and develop functional solutions
  • Provide functional support including quality assurance and design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operations consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, and programming
  • Deliver product implementation services and related integrations
  • Work as a senior consulting-team member on implementations, enhancements, managed services, integrations, and custom projects at customer sites or offshore

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of corporate experience; less experience may be accepted with prior Blue Yonder TMS implementation knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant discipline
  • Expertise in TMS product integration, solution integration, quality assurance, system testing, and optimization design
  • Strong supply chain domain experience
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, BA Cognos, Power BI, operating systems, database maintenance jobs, debugging, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience integrating Blue Yonder TMS, preferably Blue Yonder/i2 TMS, with upstream and downstream systems
  • Knowledge of interfaces between TMS and ERP/Host and WMS
  • Knowledge of tariff modelling, optimization design, and financial implementation
  • Excellent knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, integration and middleware technologies, and applications
  • Understanding of database structures, functional platforms, and infrastructures
  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and consultants
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Readiness to travel based on business needs
