Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and business objectives, fostering strategic partnerships between Blue Yonder and its clients.
Drive end-to-end sales by building and managing a strong pipeline, forecasting accurately, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets.
Develop and execute account plans to identify, pursue, and win new professional services engagements, driving net-new services bookings and expand into new markets, industries and verticals.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, campaigns, and other outreach efforts, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns to promote Blue Yonder’s services to both new and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams (such as sales support and business architects) to deliver compelling proposals and recommendations.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and execution of sales initiatives.
Prepare and present impactful presentations and proposals to prospects and partners, clearly communicating the value of Blue Yonder’s solutions and services.
Stay aligned with Blue Yonder’s overall product and services strategy, ensuring sales campaigns are positioned effectively in the market.
Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM, including lead status, sales activity, pipeline forecasts, and performance tracking.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and impact of the sales function.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in services sales, business development, or a related field (ideally with experience in software or technology solutions).
Background in Professional Services or Customer Success is an advantage.
Experience supporting services or SaaS-based offerings is highly desirable.
Familiarity with sales enablement, ABM strategies, is desirable.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach), and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Fluency in English; additional proficiency in European languages is highly desirable.
