Serves as a technical owner and attends, contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users and 3rd party vendors/partner, up to and including key executive project sponsors
Ensure and plays an anchor role in all technical related decisions around the product/projects using TMS APIs for inbound and outbound communication
Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements or with even bespoke 3rd party players on integration perspective
Interacts with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team
Work with Support Services team /adapts to service delivery model to make Customer Stable during project phases, post go-live and venture towards value realization
Conducts technical analysis sessions complimenting the functional scope with clients and/or the project team to understand the Technical needs of the client and develops functional solutions to meet those needs
Provide variety of Technical support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, Performance and scalability of technical design, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming
Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration
Requirements
12+ Years of Supply chain Technology exposure
Masters/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline
Expertise in Integration of Supply Chain Products, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing and Performance engineering
Strong SQL, PL/SQL, BA Cognos, Power BI, OS, DB Maintenance Jobs, Windows/Unix commands Development, Debugging & Trouble shooting exposure and Knowledge
Exposure to Mule soft, Python and Azure (Certification) is a plus
Hands-on Experience on Integrating Blue Yonder TMS product (preferably BY/i2 TMS) with upstream and downstream systems
