About the role
- Serves as a technical owner and attends, contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users and 3rd party vendors/partner, up to and including key executive project sponsors
- Ensure and plays an anchor role in all technical related decisions around the product/projects using TMS APIs for inbound and outbound communication
- Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements or with even bespoke 3rd party players on integration perspective
- Interacts with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team
- Work with Support Services team /adapts to service delivery model to make Customer Stable during project phases, post go-live and venture towards value realization
- Conducts technical analysis sessions complimenting the functional scope with clients and/or the project team to understand the Technical needs of the client and develops functional solutions to meet those needs
- Provide variety of Technical support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, Performance and scalability of technical design, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming
- Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration
Requirements
- 12+ Years of Supply chain Technology exposure
- Masters/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline
- Expertise in Integration of Supply Chain Products, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing and Performance engineering
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, BA Cognos, Power BI, OS, DB Maintenance Jobs, Windows/Unix commands Development, Debugging & Trouble shooting exposure and Knowledge
- Exposure to Mule soft, Python and Azure (Certification) is a plus
- Hands-on Experience on Integrating Blue Yonder TMS product (preferably BY/i2 TMS) with upstream and downstream systems
