About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership in structured deal review cycles for consulting/services engagements
  • Own audit readiness and compliance for the PMO function
  • Maintain PMO tools and build proof of concepts for a new technology stack
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities across the services lifecycle
  • Develop global business processes, policies, and procedures for the assigned business unit

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–12+ years of experience in PMO, Professional Services/Consulting Operations, or Business Operations
  • Strong experience operating from a regional hub supporting North America stakeholders
  • Deep, hands-on experience with PSA/resource management platforms (Upland, Certinia etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of project/portfolio management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel and BI proficiency (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for building operational and audit-ready dashboards
  • Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles as they apply to services engagements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA a plus but not required
