About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Works with project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements.
- Ability to deliver in faster go-lives using agile methodology.
- Ability to lead faster deployments focused on value delivery.
- Works as a functional liaison between Project Team and key customer executives.
- Has working experience of AI/ ML algorithms in supply chain.
- Understands how Blue Yonder solutions (Demand, Fulfill, Assortment, Allocation, Category Management) can be configured to better facilitate client business processes.
- Develops functional business process test scripts.
- Prepares and conducts customized end-user training workshops to support application training content.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12 - 14 years of hands on experience as a functional consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers.
- Either a customer of Blue Yonder or as a consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions for customers preferred.
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred.
- Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required.
- Relevant industry certification from APICS , TOGAF will be a plus.
- Current or prior experience working in Management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center of Excellence settings preferred.
- Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is added advantage.
