About the role

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and business objectives and fostering strategic partnerships
  • Drive end-to-end sales by building and managing a strong pipeline, forecasting accurately, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify, pursue, and win new professional services engagements and expand into new markets and industries
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, campaigns, and other outreach efforts
  • Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns to promote Blue Yonder’s services to new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and internal teams to deliver compelling proposals and recommendations
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on messaging and execute sales initiatives
  • Prepare and present impactful presentations and proposals to prospects and partners
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM, including lead status, sales activity, pipeline forecasts, and performance tracking
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and impact of the sales function

Requirements

  • Consultative selling approach and strong hunting mindset
  • Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • 2-5 years of experience in services sales, business development, or a related field (ideally with experience in software or technology solutions)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Background in Professional Services or Customer Success (advantage)
  • Experience supporting services or SaaS-based offerings (highly desirable)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach), and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Experience leveraging or experimenting with Generative AI tools to enhance outreach, messaging, or productivity (advantage)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Flexibility to work across regional time zones and collaborate with global sales teams
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in European languages is highly desirable
