Manage run-rate business within assigned territories, driving incremental growth by supporting cross-functional teams
Customer-facing role facilitating creation, processing, and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests (CRs) for Professional Services engagements
Manage contracting activities, negotiations as applicable, and oversee approval processes for assigned deal segment
Collaborate with Client Partners, Services Pre-Sales, and Project Management to ensure scope, pricing, and deliverables are aligned
Provide weekly forecasting and reporting to sales and services leadership on deal pipeline, volume, and trends
Engage routinely with account teams and customers to ensure commercial documentation meets expectations and identify expansion opportunities
Ensure all SOWs and CRs comply with internal policies, legal guidelines, and pricing rules before approval
Maintain accurate, organized records of commercial documents, approvals, and communications for audit readiness
Support maintenance and improvement of templates, checklists, and tools used in commercial document creation and processing
Gather feedback to identify pain points and propose process enhancements; proactively identify, escalate, and resolve customer issues
Optimize time-to-contract by streamlining deal desk workflows, reducing turnaround times, and continuously improving processes and documentation standards
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a customer facing role – renewals, consulting, delivery or similar
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related discipline
Background in Professional Services or Customer Success is an advantage
Experience supporting services or SaaS-based offerings
Exposure to sales enablement functions is a strong plus
Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Customer-centric thinking to maintain satisfaction while driving efficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation expertise
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and manage recurring deal cycles
Continuous improvement mindset; experience using Generative AI tools highly desirable
Familiarity with supply chain processes and systems is a strong plus
Flexibility to support regional time zones and collaborate with global teams
