Corporate Counsel – EMEA
Blue YonderCorporate Counsel role supporting EMEA business, focusing on commercial transactions and legal advice. Ideal for a lawyer with 2–5 years’ PQE in dynamic international settings.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of revenue-generating agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, and professional services contracts
- Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support deal execution while balancing legal risk and business objectives
- Provide pragmatic, solutions-oriented legal advice on commercial and contractual matters
- Translate business and operational requirements into clear, effective contractual terms
- Support and improve internal legal processes, templates, playbooks, and empowerment materials
- Advise on data protection and privacy matters, including compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
- Stay informed on relevant legal, regulatory, and industry developments across EMEA
- Support broader Legal team projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction with 2–5 years’ PQE
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (technology/SaaS preferred)
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional work within EMEA; Middle East experience is a plus
- Background in private practice and/or in-house legal teams
- Fluency in English is essential
- Additional European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian) are advantageous but not required.
