- Lead transformation projects and process excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational improvements
- Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to inform decision-making
- Drive the implementation of digital transformation technologies
- Mentor and develop talent within project teams
- Document successful project implementations and financial impacts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- At least 3 years in process excellence, digital transformation, or operational improvement roles
- Must have completed formal Black Belt certification from a recognized organization (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization tools
- Experience with process mapping and optimization software
- Advanced statistical analysis skills
- Mastery of statistical software (Minitab, JMP, R, or similar)
- Deep understanding of DMAIC methodology
- Experience mentoring Green Belts (typically 2-3 minimum)
