About the role

  • Review and process signature requests, ensuring adherence to the company's signature authority matrix, entity structure, and approval procedures and thresholds.
  • Oversee document workflows using e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign) and other approved tools, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Upload fully executed agreements to the contracts repository, input, and validate key metadata, and maintain records of executed contracts and legal documents in compliance with corporate policies and document retention requirements.
  • Provide guidance to business teams on signature processes, escalation protocols, and best practices, while monitoring and tracking pending approvals to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Support M&A activities and filing projects by organizing, categorizing, and maintaining accurate records of legal and contractual documents.
  • Assist with the company's CLM transition project, including system testing, data migration, and process improvements.
  • Assist with gathering and reporting on legal department data and metrics.
  • Organize and store legal documents, templates, and other resources for easy access by the legal team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Legal Team's objectives.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 yrs of proficient experience in reading and understanding basic contract terms.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with legal and technology environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and experience with e-signature and CLM systems.
  • Willingness to master tools used in supporting legal teams, including those employing advanced technologies and AI.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive, privileged, and confidential information.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive work ethic with a collaborative attitude.
