About the role

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and business objectives
  • Drive end-to-end sales by building and managing a strong pipeline
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify, pursue, and win new professional services engagements
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, campaigns, and other outreach efforts
  • Prepare and present impactful presentations and proposals to prospects and partners
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM, including lead status, sales activity, pipeline forecasts, and performance tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in services sales, business development, or a related field (ideally with experience in software or technology solutions)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach), and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in European languages is highly desirable.
