Serve as a trusted partner to Blue Yonder’s account teams, working closely to understand customer needs and manage the run-rate business by supporting SOWs, project extensions, change requests and incremental business
Manage contracting activities, negotiations as applicable, and oversee approval processes for the assigned deal segment
Collaborate with Client Partners, Services Pre-Sales, and Project Management teams to ensure scope, pricing, and deliverables are fully aligned
Provide weekly forecasting and reporting to sales and services leadership on deal pipeline, volume, and trends based on processed documents and customer activity
Engage routinely with account teams and customers to ensure commercial documentation meets expectations and identify opportunities for expanded services
Ensure all SOWs and CRs comply with internal policies, legal guidelines, and pricing rules before approval
Maintain accurate, organized records of all commercial documents, approvals, and communications to ensure audit readiness and transparency
Support the maintenance and improvement of templates, checklists, and tools used in commercial document creation and processing
Gather feedback from account teams and customers to identify pain points and propose process enhancements
Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve customer issues in commercial processing
Optimize time-to-contract by streamlining deal desk workflows, reducing turnaround times, and continuously improving processes, documentation standards, and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
2+ years of experience in a customer facing role – renewals, consulting, delivery or a similar function
Background in Professional Services or Customer Success is an advantage
Experience supporting services or SaaS-based offerings is highly desirable
Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to clarity and professionalism, as well as presentation expertise
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach, partnering effectively with sales, pre-sales, project management, deal desk and legal contract execution teams
