About the role
- - Partner with the Director of Product Management to evaluate and support new Connectivity opportunities and services.
- - Contribute insights on feasibility, customer value, and market differentiation to help shape Blue Stream’s connectivity roadmap.
- - Assist in managing the lifecycle of Connectivity services from initial concept and vendor evaluation through launch, growth, and eventual sunset, ensuring offerings remain competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with Blue Stream’s strategic goals.
- - Monitor product performance against key metrics, gather customer and cross-functional feedback, and recommend enhancements or adjustments throughout the lifecycle to maximize product value and long-term growth.
- - Collaborate with Engineering, other key internal stakeholders, and business partners to support seamless integration of third-party connectivity platforms and services that expand customer choice, enhance value, and drive incremental revenue growth through differentiated offerings and improved financial outcomes.
- - Work with Marketing to maintain up-to-date, customer-facing content for Internet, Voice, and Mobile products.
- - Enable Sales by providing training support, updated product materials, and competitive positioning to drive adoption and revenue growth across connectivity services.
- - Maintain accurate internal documentation, competitive analysis, and market data specific to Connectivity offerings.
- - Support timely Training Alerts and product updates to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure teams stay aligned on connectivity product changes and launches.
- - Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-team execution for new connectivity product launches and enhancements.
- - Ensure seamless rollouts that meet customer needs, strengthen Blue Stream’s competitive position, and align with business objectives.
Requirements
- - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- - Industry Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in telecom, technology, or related fields, with an understanding of products and industry trends.
- - Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools to manage projects and share product insights effectively.
- - Previous Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in product support, product development, product strategy, or a related field.
- - Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, work with cross-functional teams, self-motivate, and keep projects on track.
