Requirements
- Master or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum of 10 years’ related experience with the design and development of mechanical products and systems
- Proven experience leading or mentoring mechanical engineering teams in a project or functional environment
- Proven expertise in the design, testing, and procurement of complex fit-for-purpose mechanical designs
- High level of proficiency with Solid Works family of products and strength in PDM system set up and management
- Experience with downhole oilfield tools is an asset
- Strong experience with engineering simulation tools (e.g., FEA)
- Working knowledge of relevant Federal and Industry Regulations, Codes and Standards (IEEE, ANSI, CSA, NEC, etc.)
- Intermediate+ proficiency with technical and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint)
