About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing and coordinating various aspects of nursing excellence initiatives.
- Achieving and maintaining Pathway to Excellence designation.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
- Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Minimum of 5 years recent experience as a practicing registered nurse or adult nursing educator.
- MSN or master’s degree in related field preferred.
- Professional Nursing Certification in area of specialty preferred (for example NPD-BC, NE-BC, CEN)
- Magnet or Pathway to Excellence experience
