About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain Program Schedules within the Integrated Master Schedule that will guide humanity's next steps in space
  • Partner with technical leadership across Blue to support resource loading of schedules and analyze requirements needed to achieve historic milestones
  • Support initiatives that keep our programs agile and responsive, incorporating approved baseline changes into the schedule
  • Orchestrate reviews that capture updates from collaborators, ensure schedule health, and analyze logic for accuracy—providing program leadership with vital insights into status, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Program Cost Analysts to maintain coordinated cost and schedule plans that facilitate program budgeting and cost analysis
  • Work with PP&C counterparts across business units to develop new or improved methods of building, analyzing, and reporting our schedules and schedule performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or Engineering
  • Experience with integrated master schedules with resource loading using Primavera (P6), Open Plan, MS Project, or other software
  • Experience and comfort with working in ambiguous environments and situations
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • 5+ years of experience in program scheduling/planning and controls
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Project)
  • Outstanding communication skills in technical work environments.
