About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain Program Schedules within the Integrated Master Schedule that will guide humanity's next steps in space
Partner with technical leadership across Blue to support resource loading of schedules and analyze requirements needed to achieve historic milestones
Support initiatives that keep our programs agile and responsive, incorporating approved baseline changes into the schedule
Orchestrate reviews that capture updates from collaborators, ensure schedule health, and analyze logic for accuracy—providing program leadership with vital insights into status, risks, and mitigation strategies
Collaborate closely with Program Cost Analysts to maintain coordinated cost and schedule plans that facilitate program budgeting and cost analysis
Work with PP&C counterparts across business units to develop new or improved methods of building, analyzing, and reporting our schedules and schedule performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or Engineering
Experience with integrated master schedules with resource loading using Primavera (P6), Open Plan, MS Project, or other software
Experience and comfort with working in ambiguous environments and situations
Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
5+ years of experience in program scheduling/planning and controls
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Project)
Outstanding communication skills in technical work environments.
