About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary legal advisor to the Advanced Engines business
Provide counsel on a broad range of corporate, transactional, regulatory, and operational matters
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
Advise on construction and infrastructure matters
Counsel on intellectual property protection strategies
Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
8+ years of proven experience in transactional, commercial, construction, or technology/product legal practice
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Experience working on large infrastructure or development projects
Familiarity with standard construction documentation, including AIA forms and EPC agreements
Experience with infrastructure project finance and/or project development
Ability to work efficiently and independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly
