About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deploy and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, EFS, S3, RDS, ALB, Lambda) supporting Teamcenter and Windchill environments.
  • Implement established patterns for multi-tier PLM application architectures on AWS.
  • Write and maintain IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and/or CloudFormation based on established architectural patterns.
  • Automate routine administrative tasks, patching, and scaling operations.
  • Manage and monitor database infrastructure (Oracle, MS SQL, RDS) supporting PLM platforms.
  • Implement security policies aligned with AWS Well-Architected Framework and organizational standards.
  • Configure and maintain observability solutions (e.g. Datadog, Splunk).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure administration
  • 1+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a cloud or hybrid environment (PLM experience a strong plus)
  • Working experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
  • Foundational knowledge of networking, security, and multi-tier application architectures
  • Experience with relational databases (RDS, Oracle, or MS SQL)
  • Proficiency in Linux server environments
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts
  • Must be a U.S. Person (required for compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations).
