About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop models and algorithm for the TeraWave Custom Silicon
- This includes packet processing, MAC, PHY, Radio DSP
- Drive for lowest power consumption and highest performance
- Target your algorithms for FPGA and ASIC implementation
- Support the ASIC implementation thru Pre-silicon verification
- Design advanced Digital end to end communication systems
- Develop and model Channel impairments models
- Work collaboratively with ASIC, RFIC and Software implementation teams
- Work with the application team to bring up prototype pre-silicon and support all post-silicon to validate your architecture performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of industry experience in signal processing or modem design and development
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Experience with networking, modem MAC and PHY, DSP, RF and/or Mixed Signal Designs
- Experience with MATLAB, System C, C/C++ or other System level tools
- Knowledge of DSP and communications systems including spread spectrum, forward error correction, and modulation types (OFDM, QPSK, QAM, PCM/FM, PAM)
