About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop models and algorithm for the TeraWave Custom Silicon
This includes packet processing, MAC, PHY, Radio DSP
Drive for lowest power consumption and highest performance
Target your algorithms for FPGA and ASIC implementation
Support the ASIC implementation thru Pre-silicon verification
Design advanced Digital end to end communication systems
Develop and model Channel impairments models
Work collaboratively with ASIC, RFIC and Software implementation teams
Work with the application team to bring up prototype pre-silicon and support all post-silicon to validate your architecture performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of industry experience in signal processing or modem design and development
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
Experience with networking, modem MAC and PHY, DSP, RF and/or Mixed Signal Designs
Experience with MATLAB, System C, C/C++ or other System level tools
Knowledge of DSP and communications systems including spread spectrum, forward error correction, and modulation types (OFDM, QPSK, QAM, PCM/FM, PAM)
