Lead strategic supply chain initiatives for various spaceflight systems
Provide detailed analysis of the capability, capacity, and resource requirements necessary to vertically integrate critical components
Deep dive the specific challenges of a process and communicating relevant information for senior leadership evaluation
Develop reliable and repeatable processes to streamline data collection and analysis for evaluating resources, costs, cycle times, and lead times

Capable of leading and presenting cross-functional initiatives for senior leaders
Proven success owning and driving a project from start to finish
Led quantitative and qualitative projects
Demonstrated success in a highly ambiguous environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
MBA, other relevant graduate degree, or 5+ years operations/supply chain experience
Experience working in an engineering-development organization (desired)
Industrial Engineering experience (desired)
Aerospace experience (desired)
Corporate finance experience (desired)
SQL or other coding ability (desired)
Experience with enterprise planning and scheduling software (desired)
Six-sigma or lean certification (desired)
Software proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Excel, MS Project (desired)
