About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and management of large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs
  • Define program objectives, deliverables, risks, and success metrics to ensure alignment with operations strategy and company goals
  • Identify potential risks to program success, including resource gaps, timeline delays, or budgetary constraints
  • Identify and manage complex dependencies within the program as well as across other projects in the organization
  • Manage the program execution, risks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
  • Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in current processes and implementing innovative solutions
  • Act as key liaison between operational teams and corporate leadership to ensure program objectives are met
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program objectives and priorities
  • Facilitate regular updates, and reviews to communicate progress.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Program and Project Management
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain business operations
  • Proven success managing large-scale, enterprise-wide programs with measurable impact on operational efficiency and strategic goals
  • Proficiency in project and program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira Confluence)
  • Advanced skills in presentation and visualization tools
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex business processes
  • Skilled at gathering information, managing resources, and driving results
  • Ability to connect operational details to broader business goals
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of program and project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of conveying complex risks, issues, or challenges of programs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.
