- Oversee with support the strategic alignment and accountability of all supply chain functions, ensuring cohesive execution across procurement, engineering, logistics, and supplier ecosystems.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of sophisticated performance monitoring systems to evaluate and enhance the efficacy of supply chain operations.
- Orchestrate a robust cadence of strategic reviews at various intervals to facilitate data-driven decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
- Spearhead transformative initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, driving efficiency, cost reduction, and service excellence.
- Cultivate strong partnerships across departments, fostering a unified approach to achieving Blue Origin's ambitious goals.
- Lead the integration of AI, machine learning, and automation solutions to revolutionize supply chain operations, collaborating with internal experts and external partners.
- Deliver penetrating insights and forward-looking analyses to the executive team, informing critical business decisions and strategic pivots.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain roles within aerospace or high-tech industries
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and operational excellence
- Exceptional executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, predictive modeling, and business intelligence tools
- Track record of building inclusive, high-performance teams in complex, matrix organizations
