About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the candidate sourcing and interview process across highly technical engineering roles
- Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor
- Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools
- Collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition Team
- Prepare status reports and lead update meetings on active searches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in years of relevant recruiting experience
- 2+ years of full cycle in-house recruiting experience
- Broad engineering background including Software Development, Fluid Systems, Thermal, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, and Propulsion Engineering
- Proactive and professional communication skills
- Demonstrated success actively sourcing talent using a variety of platforms and methods
