About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement RF, analog, digital, and power circuits to be used in an active phased array.
Developing efficient power management solutions, such as DC/DC converters for high-performance, compact, or harsh environments
Work with systems engineering to define and decompose requirements into functional designs
Identification, consideration, and selection of suitable parts to be used on mixed-signal boards to conduct schematic capture
Perform circuit simulations analyses such as transient analyses and signal and power integrity
Lead system level analyses such as worst-case circuit analysis (WCCA) and failure modes, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA)
Work closely with layout engineers by providing guidance for matching and high-speed routings
Provide support for board bring up, test, and debugging

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of experience in RF, DC power and mixed signal design.
Experience with high frequency signals and high frequency circuit designs
In-depth knowledge on component selection
Experience with analyses such as simulation for noise analysis, AC, DC, and transient analysis, monte-carlo, and signal and power integrity
Experience with conducting worst case circuit analyses and failure modes, effects, and criticality analyses
Experience with design, simulation, and verification tools, such as HSpice, HyperLynx
Behavioral modeling of analog and digital circuits
Experience with Altium/Cadence OrCAD / Allegro (or similar tools) for schematic capture
Experience in bench level testing with strong debugging and analytical skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
