Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic equipment maintenance operations across the company
Ensure optimal functionality and efficiency of the organization
Drive operational performance improvement and cost efficiency
Implement data-driven equipment maintenance strategies and procedures
Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure effective execution
Collaborate with reliability engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot equipment issues
Champion emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and analytics
Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation
Conduct regular assessments and audits of equipment performance
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Foster innovation and continuous improvement in maintenance processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and practices
Experience with, and validated implementation in an industrial setting of Artificial Intelligence to accelerate maintenance functions
Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and efficiency.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
