About the role
- Lead ASIC design execution across architecture, RTL development, integration, and tape-out support
- Coordinate closely with verification, systems, firmware, physical design, DFT, RF/analog, and validation teams
- Drive design quality, schedule predictability, technical reviews, and risk management
- Support talent development, hiring, mentoring, and organizational growth
- Contribute to long-term silicon strategy, platform reuse, and roadmap planning
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Significant experience in ASIC/SoC digital design and technical leadership
- Experience managing teams or leading large engineering efforts
- Strong knowledge of RTL design, integration, and ASIC development methodology
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical execution in complex hardware programs
- Preferred Qualifications: Background in digital communications silicon
- Experience with modem, baseband, DSP, beamforming, or networking ASICs
- Familiarity with aerospace or high-reliability system development
