Key responsibilities & impact

Lead ASIC design execution across architecture, RTL development, integration, and tape-out support
Coordinate closely with verification, systems, firmware, physical design, DFT, RF/analog, and validation teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Significant experience in ASIC/SoC digital design and technical leadership
Experience managing teams or leading large engineering efforts
Strong knowledge of RTL design, integration, and ASIC development methodology
Ability to lead cross-functional technical execution in complex hardware programs
Preferred Qualifications: Background in digital communications silicon
Experience with modem, baseband, DSP, beamforming, or networking ASICs
Familiarity with aerospace or high-reliability system development
