About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the program management (work-backwards execution plans) and reporting of program status to TeraWave leadership
Manage and align Blue Origin's priorities with chip technical execution leadership; align resourcing and talent to functional ASIC leaders across all active programs
Hold the bar for execution and quality across all programs
Collaborate with all functions inside the ASIC organization and key stakeholders in the overall TeraWave program
Build low-impact tracking mechanisms
Be an advocate for AI and drive AI adoption across the organization
Support business needs of the ASIC organization such as vendor contract negotiations, vendor management from design tools to fabs and OSAT
Build a team of Engineering Program Managers to support our designs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
10+ years of experience in custom ASIC delivery lifecycle, from ideation to design to mass production
Proven experience in Hardware and Software partitioning and trades for communication
Familiarity with the Electronic Design Automation industry
Proven experiences owning delivery of custom silicon programs from concept to volume production
