- Assist in configuring our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ensure timely creation and distribution of essential training materials
- Meet configuration tasks swiftly and adhere to deadlines
- Collaborate with HR team to provide optimal support for employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields
- 3+ Years in supporting and configuring Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience supporting HR general inquiries
- Case management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Desired: 2+ years of configuring Cornerstone
- Experience using Workday as a HRIS
- Experience in a Scrum environment
- Experience using Jira
