Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the technical project management of the FPGA and Signal Processing Team developing RF systems for Blue’s Lunar Vehicles
Apply expertise in project management, technical product maturation, and organization development to develop efficient and cost-effective solutions for the Lunar landers
Assist the FPGA and Signal Processing team in developing and maintaining technical, cost, and schedule baselines
Prepare for and support the execution of program reviews, including Lunar Permanence Senior Management
Help develop and maintain the Lunar vehicle meeting and review operating rhythm
Develop robust plans meeting deliverables and manage the key operating metrics - including technical, cost, schedule, and risk
Assist in developing FPGA and Signal Processing teams product roadmaps

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field
4+ years of demonstrated experience in relevant areas of engineering operations applied to spacecraft systems and environments
Experience with MS Project, Jira, and Primavera P6
Strong team leadership and people management skills
Ability to earn trust and maintain positive and professional relationships
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
