About the role

  • Support the development and implementation of strategies for Electro-Mechanical Actuators (EMAs)
  • Seek, produce, and utilize data-driven insights (e.g., spend analysis, part family mapping)
  • Contribute to design standardization proposals by assessing risks and dependencies
  • Prepare and deliver analysis and briefings that support business cases
  • Coordinate cross-functional working sessions to implement EMA commodity strategies
  • Partner with sourcing, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Track and report progress against key performance indicators
  • Produce clear, high-quality documentation, analyses, and briefings

Requirements

  • Accredited B.S. degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical, aerospace, electrical, or related)
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management, supply chain management, manufacturing, or a similar discipline
  • 2+ years of focused technical experience in the design or manufacturing of EMAs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in supply chain management in a highly regulated environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with negotiation activities through contracts, proposal management, supplier management, or similar responsibilities
