About the role
- Develop a multi-year product vision that shapes company objectives
- Manage a 12–18-month plan spanning technology areas
- Drive decisions with leaders of core business functions
- Deploy iterative prototyping, testing, and scaling to deliver solutions
- Influence technical decisions and architectures for entire domains
- Define and implement metrics to guide investments
- Lead strategic risk mitigation and readiness activities
- Produce high-impact narratives and reviews for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of managing products through their entire lifecycle from conception to launch and scale
- Strong experience with Lean, Agile, and Scrum methodologies, and proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Experience working closely with UX design and software engineering teams
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong customer empathy and a passion for building products that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
