About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop models and algorithms for the Terawave Custom Silicon
- Packet processing, MAC, PHY, Radio DSP Drive for lowest power consumption and highest performance
- Target algorithms for FPGA and ASIC implementation
- Support the ASIC implementation through Pre-silicon verification
- Design advanced Digital end-to-end communication systems
- Develop and model Channel impairments models
- Work collaboratively with ASIC, RFIC and SW implementation teams
- Bring up prototype pre-silicon and support all post-silicon to validate architecture performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in Signal processing or Modem design and development
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Experience with networking, modem MAC and PHY, DSP, RF and/or Mixed Signal designs
- Experience with Matlab, SystemC, C/C++ or other System level tools
- Knowledge of DSP and communications systems including spread spectrum, forward error correction, and modulation types (OFDM, QPSK, QAM, PCM/FM, PAM)
