About the role

  • Own the delivery and quality of mission analysis products and reports
  • Build mission analysis models in a variety of tools
  • Predict mission performance across all mission phases
  • Perform model checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of results
  • Perform trade studies and optimizations of mission design solutions
  • Collaborate with external teams on the trade offs
  • Document mission analysis results and present at internal review boards

Requirements

  • Minimum of BS degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of mission modeling and analysis
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., MATLAB, Python, C/C++, FORTRAN)
  • Experience with software tools such as Jama, Cameo, MATLAB/Simulink, Confluence, JIRA, Git, Creo, and Windchill
