Key responsibilities & impact

Define, own, and control the subsystem technical baseline
Manage a team of engineers to specify, design, analyze, manufacture, integrate, test, and deliver hardware and software components
Manage external procurements and internal hardware dependencies required to meet subsystem deliveries
Recruit, hire and manage a technical team of engineers and other professionals
Drive excellence in programmatic and project operations through data-driven management approach

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years managing technical teams and/or leading functional groups
8+ years of relevant experience in the full lifecycle development of aerospace systems
Demonstrated expertise in cryogenic (liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen) propulsion and fluid management systems
Resource management experience leading multidisciplinary development projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or another technical field
