Key responsibilities & impact

Support and/or lead the execution of the end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects
Act as primary contact to developing overall project management plan
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define, monitor and control project scope, goals, and deliverables
Proactively monitor and control project scope, manage change requests, and track risks and opportunities
Track key performance indicators and report out at program monthly reviews
Manage the preparation, execution, and closeout of follow-up actions for Gated Reviews
Develop tools for transportation assets for both internal and external customers
Perform audits and continual improvement of project management tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S. degree or higher in engineering, construction, business, or another technical field
>2 years of experience in managing complex system development projects within the aerospace, high pressure system or similar safety critical industry
Demonstrated developing knowledge and application of project management principles on multi-disciplinary integrated systems
Organized self-starter, capable of breaking down complex problems into traceable tasks
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Intermediate effective verbal and written communication skills
Candidate must be able to successfully apply for badging at a government installation
