About the role
- Build partner relationships across cloud partners (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft) and AI partners (Anthropic, OpenAI, Cohere)
- Develop partner champions who actively refer business to Blue Orange
- Manage partner program requirements, tiers, and compliance
- Represent Blue Orange at partner events and in partner ecosystems
- Generate partner-sourced leads through referral relationships and co-sell motions
- Coordinate deal registration and partner involvement across our sales team
- Execute co-marketing plans and run partner events (executive roundtables, webinars, dinners)
Requirements
- 5+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or business development
- Existing network in Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, AWS, or AI company ecosystems
- Track record of building relationships that generate measurable pipeline
- Strong executive presence - comfortable with partner execs and internal leadership
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
