About the role

  • Build partner relationships across cloud partners (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft) and AI partners (Anthropic, OpenAI, Cohere)
  • Develop partner champions who actively refer business to Blue Orange
  • Manage partner program requirements, tiers, and compliance
  • Represent Blue Orange at partner events and in partner ecosystems
  • Generate partner-sourced leads through referral relationships and co-sell motions
  • Coordinate deal registration and partner involvement across our sales team
  • Execute co-marketing plans and run partner events (executive roundtables, webinars, dinners)

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or business development
  • Existing network in Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, AWS, or AI company ecosystems
  • Track record of building relationships that generate measurable pipeline
  • Strong executive presence - comfortable with partner execs and internal leadership
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
