About the role
- Improve and maintain the frontend stack of Publish and contribute ideas and feedback to frontend colleagues
- Uphold a high-quality standard in the frontend stack in collaboration with other teams
- Deliver well-tested and scalable solutions
- Act as a sparring partner to various members of the team
- Participate in the full feature lifecycle from discovery to delivery in production
Requirements
- Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with frameworks such as Angular
- Experience in building and debugging complex systems
- Familiarity with the whole web stack and working knowledge of the Web APIs
- Working knowledge of reactive programming best practices
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest) and end-to-end testing (desirable)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and design (a plus)
- Excellent skills in communication and teamwork
- Adaptable, resourceful and able to share knowledge with the team
- Good fluency in English
