Key responsibilities & impact

Support the integration of marketing channels into the CDP and manage ad hoc CDP requests and initiatives
Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance within established governance frameworks to ensure a trusted, unified customer view
Partner with marketing and business teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact CDP use cases including audience segmentation, lifecycle automation, and personalization
Drive activation of unified customer profiles across channels to deliver outcomes like increased repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Define KPIs tied to CDP use cases (e.g., personalization lift, conversion, retention)

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, customer analytics, or marketing technology
Familiarity with CDPs, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels
SQL proficiency; comfort with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for varied audiences
Intellectual curiosity, fast learner, and self-motivated collaborator
