About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Successfully execute all aspects of the primary market research process – research design; questionnaire / discussion guide development; data collection, analysis and synthesis; and report creation and presentation.
  • Participate in project scoping and planning discussions and support the development of market research proposals.
  • Employ a broad range of quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies and tools to address client business objectives.
  • Recommend best practices in data collection and data quality optimization.
  • Manage timelines and budgets; coordinate with relevant parties (internal team, external clients, contractors and vendors) to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate on key insights and recommendation development in conjunction with project team.
  • Contribute to building and growing client relationships; maintain a client management focus.
  • Serve as a trusted, credible point of contact throughout the market research project.
  • Demonstrate appropriate level of decorum with clients, including in challenging situations.
  • Present complex ideas in a clear manner; facilitate client meetings and readouts in conjunction with project lead.
  • Exhibit an understanding of “big picture”, longer-term project / client / account significance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of quantitative and/or qualitative market research experience within the biopharma industry.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Advanced degree(s) (PhD, MBA, or MS).
