Strategic event management of both physical and digital events from inception to completion, including webinars, workshops, industry events, conferences, tradeshows, customer events, and special meetings.
Oversee sports sponsorships including Gillette Stadium special events and partnerships with professional teams.
Develop and maintain registration websites for both virtual and in-person events, manage communications, and collect feedback through surveys.
Manage registration reporting, including screening registration requests.
Coordinate all logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, contract negotiation, onsite execution, and budget management to ensure expenses remain within budget.
Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and promotional activities to guarantee successful event outcomes.
Handle the inventory, organization, and shipping of event swag and printed materials.
Support the planning and execution of large-scale annual conferences, including internal kickoff events and Cloudscape, the flagship customer conference.
Oversee the company-wide event calendar and collaborate with marketing and partners to integrate event activities into social advocacy programs.
Monitor and analyze the performance of events, sponsorships, and webinars, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Produce and deliver advanced post-event recaps, reporting, and analytics to show pipeline and revenue generation and ROI.
Maintain accurate records of event performance, attendees, budgets, and overall event spend.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partner teams to align event objectives with business and partnership goals and drive pipeline.
Coordinate with the BDR team to drive pre-and post-event promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on event registrations, pre-event attendee information, and post-event recaps.
Support internal communications for events and special projects across the Marketing team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft office Suite.
Willingness to learn WordPress.
Experience in registration management tools (Swoogo preferred).
Experience with Canva and Adobe Design Studio preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Understanding of the IT industry including MSP, VAR, and Channel operations.
Willingness to travel as needed to support events and partner activities.
