About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementation, and product distribution.
  • Evaluates program success against financial, operational, and clinical goals and proposes initiatives/changes to meet goals.
  • Identify, develop, and implement short-term and long-term product strategy through the integration of sales, services, claims, underwriting, and pricing functions.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams in the development and implementation of new product and market initiatives.
  • Coordinate and lead in-depth market, industry, competitive analysis, and positioning information.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key regulatory or legislative activity regarding assigned product line.
  • Facilitate strategic planning of assigned product line, including short and long-term blueprints for market share, revenue growth and net profit.
  • Establish relationships with internal/external stakeholders and conduct due diligence reviews and analysis as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management and/or financial services.
  • Experience with dental, vision, and/or pharmacy product management (for ancillary focused role).
  • Experience with healthcare product management (for healthcare focused role).
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform and support recommendations.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience in a matrix organization.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate internally and externally with key stakeholders.
