Business Intelligence Analyst

• Provide reporting and analytical insights for the assigned business team (e.g., Customer Service, Enrollment)
• Utilize data from multiple sources to create reports and analyze data to provide proactive recommendations
• Collaborate directly with Leadership Teams to recommend and support data driven solutions
• Develop solutions to strategic business challenges through analytical techniques and deliver actionable insights
• Create operational and ad-hoc reports and data extracts to support business processes and servicing
• Regularly monitor business performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide insight into how changes in strategy, process and technology will impact the business and monitor impacts with leadership and planning teams
• Generate insights, trends and actionable recommendations leading to implementation of initiatives and projects across the Customer Support Center
• Utilize tools such as SQL Server, Excel, and proprietary reporting tools for data analysis and reporting
• Participate in business and product requirements and specifications and make recommendations related to proposed solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the business problem and provide flexible, actionable data analysis
• May design, configure, test, implement, enhance, and support department SharePoint sites to meet internal needs

• Work collaboratively on Agile-based design and solution development across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, Power Platform)
• Drive platform modernization by identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and optimization

• Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and custom connectors
• Utilize common API frameworks, Logic Apps, AI models, and other Azure capabilities to connect functionality and align with stakeholder requirements

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues with a focus on root cause and long-term stability
